About The Position

The Assistant Manager performs store operations duties and works productively in a team environment while overseeing all employees. The role includes operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Delivery-related requirements include maintaining a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, current liability insurance, and a vehicle that passes a safety inspection. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a two-year driving history.
• Motor vehicle record will be checked and must meet company safe-driving standards.
• Maintain current liability insurance at all times.
• Personal vehicle used for delivery must pass a safety inspection.

Responsibilities

• Perform store operations duties and oversee all employees while working productively in a team environment.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Follow delivery safety requirements, including wearing a seatbelt while driving for the company and using a cartop sign when the vehicle accepts the fittings.
