Requirements

  • Associates degree in business or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience desired.
  • Experience in the Printed Circuit Board business desired.
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing prints, notes, stack-ups, and panel lay-up is very helpful.
  • Must have good English verbal, written communication and problem solving skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette, attitude and demeanor.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and field sales.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks under sometimes stressful conditions.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new computer software.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software programs.
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order Audits. Review booked purchase orders in the Oracle system and compare the customer issued Purchase Orders for accuracy.
  • Identify issues, and work with Customer Service Rep (CSR) to resolve.
  • Assist Logan CSRs with Open Order Reports as needed.
  • Assist Logan CSRs with Order Entry as needed.
  • Assist with workload when CSRs are out of the office as needed.
  • Enter, follow and manage customer orders utilizing Oracle system.
  • Review of purchase orders to determine requirements. (ITAR, order rating, incoterms, payment and credit info, quality clauses, etc.)
  • Process customer change orders to Planning and Order Entry.
  • Assist with Customer Visit functions.
  • Initiate Sales Order Adjustments (SOAs) for late premiums, short shipments, credits, etc.
