This role involves Purchase Order Audits, reviewing booked purchase orders in the Oracle system and comparing them to customer-issued Purchase Orders for accuracy. The position requires identifying issues and collaborating with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to resolve them. Additionally, the role includes assisting CSRs with Open Order Reports, Order Entry, and providing workload support when CSRs are out of the office. The Customer Service Rep. will enter, follow, and manage customer orders using the Oracle system, review purchase orders to determine requirements (ITAR, order rating, incoterms, payment and credit info, quality clauses, etc.), and process customer change orders to Planning and Order Entry. The role also assists with Customer Visit functions and initiates Sales Order Adjustments (SOAs) for late premiums, short shipments, credits, etc.
