The Customer Service Rep role involves upholding Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance. This position also includes promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions. Cross-training will be provided for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. The role requires exhibiting a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers, and providing quality customer service both over the phone and in person. The ability to speak and write clearly, comprehend using a computer-based order entry system, and contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun are also key aspects of this position.
