About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility. Team members will also communicate with customers and co-workers, handle monetary transactions, and potentially deliver flyers. The work environment can involve varying weather conditions and temperature fluctuations. Physical demands include standing for long periods, walking, lifting, and carrying. For driver and store management positions, additional duties include product delivery, navigating with maps, and meeting driving requirements.

Requirements

Basic mathematical skills to make correct monetary change
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walking, lifting and carry approximately 3 to 30 pounds
Infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladder to change reader board, clean walls, perform maintenance
Must have valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards (for driver positions)
Minimum of a 2 year driving history and insured vehicle (for driver positions)

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility daily
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both Over the phone and in person
Deliver flyers and door hangers
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer (for driver positions)
Read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area (for driver positions)
