About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills to help process customer orders and support store operations. The role may be part-time or full-time, with schedules intended to accommodate employees’ other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement from customer service to management and potentially other roles within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Give and understand written instructions.
• Handle basic calculations and make correct monetary change.
