About The Position
Air Professional Associates is a premier HVAC leader specializing in heating and cooling services, including ongoing maintenance, precision repairs, and expert system design & installation. Due to continuous demand, Air Professional has created an opportunity for an HVAC Customer Service Rep to join their office in North Salem.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High School Diploma OR GED
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in HVAC CSR support preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, take messages, and greet visitors at the door
- Schedule meetings and techs
- Schedule service calls with customers utilizing our ERP and Outlook calendar systems
- Administrative tasks such as permit filing and customer rebate filings
- Scheduling leads for our salespeople on their calendars
