About The Position

The Customer Service Rep role at Domino's Pizza involves assisting customers in a polite and courteous manner, whether over the phone or in person for carryout orders. Requirements

  • Must be in perfect image according to standard.
  • Must know and demonstrate customer WOW steps.
  • Must count pepperoni and ham on every order every day (for pizza makers).
  • Must wash hands prior to making products (for pizza makers).
  • Must have $1 in coin change on every delivery (for drivers).
  • Must say “Let me get your change” on every order (for drivers).
  • Not allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
  • Not allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
  • Vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working (for drivers).
  • Not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery (for drivers).
  • Only proper procedure for products is allowed.
  • Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT.
  • Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed.
