About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, and maintaining cleanliness. Training is provided on the job. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and coworkers, both in person and over the phone. The position requires the ability to accurately perform mathematical calculations, make change, and process orders using a computer or touchscreen. The work environment includes a range of temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and cramped spaces. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces. Requirements

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add/subtract/multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
