This role involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory and completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The job requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, and reach/grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids. It also requires tolerating exposure to varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills involve the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
