About The Position
The Customer Service Rep supports restaurant operations by serving customers, taking and processing orders, handling cash, and helping prepare and maintain the restaurant. The role also assists Pizza Makers with toppings and dough while following food hygiene and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Make high-quality pizzas.
- Control food portions.
- Follow hygiene and food safety practices.
- Prepare food.
- Take customer orders and upsell.
- Take orders over the phone and in person.
- Address customer concerns.
- Greet customers within 10 seconds.
- Handle cash.
- Keep the customer area clean.
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- Assist Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
