About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to help prepare, process, and serve pizza orders during busy periods. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers schedules intended to accommodate other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided, and team members may have opportunities to advance into management or other roles.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
- Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
- Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
- Ability to work around varying weather and temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Responsibilities
- Operate store equipment.
- Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Communicate with customers in person and by phone and with co-workers to process orders.
- Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
- Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move, carry, and stock supplies.
- Perform outside tasks such as removing trash.
- Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
