About The Position
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) prepare food in the store and provide point-of-sale service to consumers. Restaurant experience is not necessary. Employees under age 18 may have special restrictions on their job duties under New York State and federal labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food in store.
- Provide point-of-sale service and contact with consumers.
- Perform cleaning and light maintenance.
- Place orders by phone and provide walk-in service.
- Participate in food production.
