About The Position

This role involves taking customer orders, answering questions, and utilizing suggestive selling techniques. The representative will answer the phone promptly, complete orders accurately and efficiently, and maintain a clean work area. Key responsibilities include repeating orders back to customers, providing estimated delivery times, thanking customers, and handling carry-out customers with excellent service. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with pizza making, stocking the makeline and soda coolers, taking payments, maintaining company image standards, and supporting the safe delivery specialist with store cleanliness and maintenance. Tasks such as folding boxes and box topping may also be assigned.
