About The Position

The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints. They ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations by demonstrating exemplary service and professionalism in every interaction. The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in service.

Requirements

  • 4 Years in as customer service representative or in a similar role is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 Years as a sales representative or similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in billing, payment collections, and other related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Generate bids based on customer inquiries.
  • Calculate and process orders accurately.
  • Schedule orders and ensure timely customer follow-up.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
