Responsibilities

- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately while adhering to company policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer service database
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a friendly and supportive attitude
