About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong personality and people skills. Team members work together to prepare and serve pizzas during busy periods and may have opportunities to grow into management. The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive wages. Positions are available through franchise stores.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
