About The Position

The Customer Service Rep greets customers, takes orders, operates the cash register, and collects payments. The role also involves preparing products quickly and accurately according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures; maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant; and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Image Standards. Other duties may be assigned. Training is provided for answering phones and making pizza.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner, including answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Image Standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
