About The Position

This role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders. Responsibilities include receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining a clean work environment. The position requires accurate basic math skills, the ability to make correct monetary change, and strong communication skills for order processing both over the phone and in person. Additionally, good motor coordination for precise movements and the ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry are essential. The candidate must be able to comprehend and follow written instructions.

Requirements

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities
