About The Position

Customer service representatives help prepare and process pizza orders and support daily store operations. Duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, cleaning equipment and the facility, and making and labeling boxes. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members work with customers and coworkers, follow quality standards, and may work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Hand-eye coordination and the ability to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands described, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and communicate with customers in person and by phone.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Make and label boxes.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Perform occasional store tasks such as changing sign prices, washing walls, and maintenance.
