About The Position
The Customer Service Rep greets customers, takes orders, processes payments, prepares products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures, and helps maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance. The role requires a friendly, team-oriented approach and compliance with Domino’s Pizza Image Standards. Training is provided for answering phones and making pizza. Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a team player, punctual, and have a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner, including answering phone orders.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Image Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
