About The Position
This role involves upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance, promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions. The Customer Service Rep will receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. The position requires exhibiting a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers, and providing quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person. The role also involves contributing to and promoting an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and write clearly
- Comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
- Have transportation to and from work to be able to be on time to scheduled shifts
