About The Position
The Customer Service Rep greets customers, takes orders, processes payments, prepares products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures, and helps maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance. The role requires friendly customer interactions, teamwork, punctuality, and a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Image Standards. Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be a fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a team player.
- Be punctual and have a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including when answering the phone.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Image Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
