About The Position

This role involves interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis, via phone and/or in person. The position requires excellent computer skills and the ability to handle demanding customer service situations within a call center environment. Successful candidates must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with data entry.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in a demanding customer service/call center environment.
• Ability to deal with customers on a day-to-day basis, via phone and/or in person.
• Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 2 Years Customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry.
• Recent experience in a fast paced call center environment.
• Previous experience using Cisco phone systems/multi phone line systems.
