About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with outgoing personalities and strong people skills. Team members work together to serve customers and may have opportunities to grow into management or other roles. The position may suit someone seeking a hobby, main job, or supplemental job. Team members operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, take and process telephone orders, complete inventory and related paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility daily. The role also involves communicating with customers and coworkers, handling orders and payments, and using a keyboard or touch screen to enter orders. Delivery-related duties may require reading maps, locating addresses, and navigating challenging terrain while carrying products.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Outgoing personality.
- Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare all products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility daily.
- Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
- Make correct monetary change.
