About The Position

The Customer Service Rep (CSR) is responsible for providing amazing customer service to our clients and customers. This role involves professionally handling incoming requests, resolving issues promptly and thoroughly, gathering customer information, educating customers, and documenting interactions. The CSR will also manage client/vendor relationships, process various transactions in multiple portals, handle queue management, complete projects, answer calls and emails, and perform data entry. Continuous evaluation and identification of process improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to handle complaints resulting from escalated calls
  • Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when necessary
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish Speaking is a plus
  • Prior customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customer and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through constant tracking
  • Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • Build and maintain client/vendor relationships
  • Accurately process opens, holds and closes in multiple portals
  • Queue management
  • Complete projects as requested
  • Answering and Returning calls and emails
  • Data Entry
