About The Position
The Customer Service Rep handles customer interactions by phone and in person, enters and fulfills orders, responds to customer concerns, upsells, and processes cash transactions for customers picking up food orders. The role also includes preparing pizzas, sandwiches, and other food items, following hygiene and food-safety practices, and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the store.
Responsibilities
