About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to help serve customers and support store operations. Team members work together to prepare and provide pizza, process customer orders, and maintain the store. Variable hours are available, and the role may suit someone seeking a primary or supplemental job. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Advancement opportunities may include management and other roles within the franchise.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by telephone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and the ability to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs or a ladder, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
• Ability to lift and move delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage areas, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Unload and stock deliveries, including lifting and moving supplies.
• Perform store and facility tasks such as cleaning, changing sign prices, and maintenance as needed.
