About The Position

This position involves a variety of tasks including operating equipment, managing inventory by stocking ingredients, preparing products, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment on a daily basis. A key part of the role is customer interaction, which includes receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing associated paperwork, and communicating verbally with customers and co-workers both over the phone and in person. The role requires basic arithmetic skills for monetary transactions and computer proficiency for order entry.

Requirements

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
