Requirements

Must have $1 in coin change on every delivery (for Drivers)
No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working
Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT

Responsibilities

Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu
Being in perfect image according to standard
Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps: 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) give them something extra
Counting pepperoni and ham on every order every day no matter the topping amount when ordered (for Pizza makers)
Not clearing pizzas before it is ready to place in the oven (for Pizza makers)
Having $1 in coin change on every delivery (for Drivers)
Saying “Let me get your change” on every order NO EXCEPTION (for Drivers)
Maintaining neat and clean driver vehicles in a positive image while working (for Drivers)
Not being routed early or checked in early from delivery (for Drivers)
Washing hands prior to making products (for Pizza makers)
Using only proper procedure for products
Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming name and address
