Customer Service Rep/ Receptionist
About The Position
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We desire motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Service Representative. You will also manage the front desk and deal with our walk-in customers. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Spanish speaking is very helpful.
Requirements
- working knowledge of computers
- Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
- Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal organization skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a must

- Ability to Relocate: Norcross, GA 30071: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Answer and directing incoming phone calls
- Manage designers' appointment calenders
- Greet visitors and provide assistance
- Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation department
- General office duties
