About The Position

At Light & Wonder, the Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe. The Customer Service Rep I will work with internal and external customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, orders, and services, as well as resolve complaints. Excellent communication abilities are a must. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction while entering orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience with a manufacturing or distribution company in a materials environment.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service type/related role.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Nice To Haves

  • Inventory or production control experience preferred.
  • Some background in an MRP/ERP system.
  • Intermediate Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Works with internal and external customers to provide service to high-profile customers.
  • Responds promptly to customer inquiries while providing professional customer support.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Processes parts orders and parts returns requested by internal and external customers.
  • Works with scheduling team to ensure all hot requests are prioritized and managed accordingly.
  • Must be able to be efficient and accurate when processing orders.
  • Works with other teams to trouble shoot order issues.
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Communicates and coordinates with colleagues as necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
