About The Position

Neil Slattery Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling in Farmingdale, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher to keep our office running smoothly. This dispatch position earns a competitive wage of $18 - $24 an hour, depending on experience. We provide great benefits, including paid time off (PTO), health, dental, and vision insurance. Requirements

18+ years old
Exceptional computer skills
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to ensure that their HVAC and plumbing issues are correctly identified and that the appropriate services and technicians are scheduled and dispatched.
Professionally and patiently handle issues and concerns, finding various resolutions and answering questions.
Inform clients of their services.
Help technicians as needed.
Keep your workspace clean.
Maintain our client database, so we always have current information and records.
