This role is responsible for processing customer (external and internal) transactions accurately and professionally, providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service. The position involves developing customer relationships to share product knowledge and services, leading to product delivery or referrals. A key aspect is exhibiting proficiency in completing banking transactions while adhering to established processes and procedures. The role also serves as a backup for other positions and performs other assigned duties. Enhancing career through work experience and continuing education is encouraged. Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and participating in examinations, audits, and third-party reviews are essential. The employee must comply with the Information Security Program and maintain a high level of risk and security awareness. Establishing a good image for the Bank through community involvement and attending assigned meetings are also part of the responsibilities. Developing a working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services through usage and training is crucial for providing quality customer service, building relationships, and exceeding expectations.
