Position Overview Morin's is hiring a Customer Service / Receptionist team member to provide front-office administrative support, answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and help keep communication running smoothly between customers, team members, and both Morin's locations. This role supports calls for both the Duluth/Proctor, MN and Rice Lake, WI offices. You will answer incoming phone calls, gather information, direct calls to the right person or location, schedule appointments, and assist with general administrative tasks. The right person is friendly, dependable, organized, professional on the phone, and able to keep details moving in a busy office environment. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and being an important part of a close-knit team.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative assistant, office support, scheduling, or related experience preferred.
  • Friendly and professional phone presence.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls, messages, appointments, and office tasks throughout the day.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy with customer information.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, phone systems, and digital office tools.
  • Willingness to learn company software such as JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce.
  • Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work well with a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, remodeling, home services, or a service-based business is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Support calls for both the Duluth/Proctor and Rice Lake locations, then transfer calls or route messages as needed.
  • Schedule customer appointments, estimates, service visits, and follow-ups.
  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors when needed.
  • Assist with general administrative work, filing, data entry, customer records, and office organization.
  • Communicate clearly with installers, sales staff, office staff, and management.
  • Help keep schedules, notes, and customer information accurate and up to date.
  • Use company systems such as JobNimbus, QuickBooks Workforce, email, phone systems, and other office tools.
  • Provide dependable support to help customers receive timely communication and professional service.
