We are seeking a passionate Customer Relationship Agent who can deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships. You should be an expert at conveying enthusiastic compassion with the sound of your voice. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have seamless, one-call resolutions and a personalized experience that drives retention and satisfaction. This position is to cover Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5PM EST to 1AM EST. You must have prior experience working a call center position.
