As a Customer Support Processing Associate, you’ll work closely with the customer service team, handling a wide array of customer inquiries. You will also contribute to strengthening customer relationships by offering kind, connected processing support for our customers. Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of our team will include: Promptly and accurately resolve order errors and communicate next steps and resolutions to customers. Work with customers to resolve order errors and facilitate order movement. Identify and improve process inaccuracies. Connect via chat or email with roughly 70–100 customers daily. Provide primary phone support for Trove Brands. Engage in a variety of processing tasks to facilitate order movement.
