Customer Transaction Processing Associate I
About The Position
As a Tag Processor, you will be supporting our client’s tag distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and programming new tags, as well as completing the process for returned tags. You will maintain accurate physical tag inventory and tag inventory records. You will test and program new tags as well as complete processing of returned tags. You will accept and verify inventory shipments. Use of a pallet jack is required to move and store inventory. Duties require some bending, sitting for long periods, pushing carts with tags and lifting up to 50 LBS. You will perform a daily pull of inventory for packing and processing of new inventory transfers to Walk-in Centers. You will test and prepare defective tag shipments for the Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA) process. You will apply appropriate postage to outgoing mail, including tags. You will support the Tag Distribution Team Lead during monthly and annual tag inventory audits. You will perform other various functions within the Department as needed. You will follow all policy and procedures and meet performance and production standards. Intermediary Excel competency is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be able to submit to a background check
- Intermediary Excel competency required.
