About The Position
DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a manufacturing company in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas. The Customer Service & Payment Operations Specialist manages customer inquiries, processes payments, sets up accounts, reconciles billing, and maintains logs and daily transaction records. The role also includes other customer service and data entry duties as needed. The stated pay is $30.00 per hour. Benefits are available.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Must be able to pass a credit check.
- Ability to work with confidential documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
