About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and OEM partners. This role manages inquiries, processes orders, and resolves issues from start to finish while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • Experience with order processing and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry (auto parts, dealership, repair shop, or OEM) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, service processes, or order workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact via phone, email, chat, and in-person
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, parts, orders, pricing, warranties, and account support
  • Process and manage orders from entry through completion, including tracking and updates
  • Monitor shipments and proactively communicate order status or delays
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in HubSpot CRM
  • Respond to all customer communications promptly and professionally
  • Support warranty claims, parts replacements, and related documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining ownership through resolution
