About The Position

This position supports a major business initiative with an anticipated project completion date of December 2026. Completion Bonus Opportunity: Employees who remain through the project's anticipated completion and meet performance and attendance expectations will be eligible for a completion bonus. The role involves identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. The specialist will review order activity to ensure accuracy in logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. They will monitor order status, shipment activity, and inventory availability, providing proactive communication as needed. Maintaining accurate customer, order, and transactional data within company systems is crucial. The role also involves investigating and resolving customer concerns, order discrepancies, shipping issues, and other service-related matters. Requires a strong operational mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ERP systems while collaborating across Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, Sales, and accounting teams. Demonstrates awareness and competency relevant to both the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS), including but not limited to policies, objectives, and compliance obligations related to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) system.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, customer operations, order management, or a related operational role
  • Experience in supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environments
  • Hands-on ERP system experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ERP systems
  • Ability to collaborate across Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, Sales, and accounting teams
  • Awareness and competency relevant to both the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS), including but not limited to policies, objectives, and compliance obligations related to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) system.
