The position reports to a Lead Customer Service Officer. This position is accountable to deliver a superior customer experience, support profitable business growth Maximize support for Relationship Managers to deliver top tier service to customers. Assist in building new relationships and deepening existing customer relationships. Identify and solve day to day banking issues and inquiries while also looking for opportunity to cross sell where available Be familiar with standard Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
