About The Position

Join the dynamic team at ModWash as a Guest Experience Member, where the mission is to deliver a legendary car wash experience and help customers keep their vehicles clean year-round. Guest Experience Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location, working as a team to drive membership sales and ensure each guest has an outstanding experience to grow the ModWash brand. This role involves educating customers on the value and savings of becoming a member and assisting them in selecting the best package for their needs.

Requirements

Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
Respond quickly to sounds
Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
See clearly and respond to dangerous situations

Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options
Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals
Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable
