The Customer Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing quality care, customer service, employee performance, and overall customer satisfaction for our valued clients. This role plays a key role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include overseeing quality care and overall client satisfaction, supervising and providing guidance to Caregivers, managing employee scheduling, identifying problem situations, and implementing proactive solutions. The CSM will also maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients, ensure proper documentation and record-keeping, and conduct periodic home visits and safety checks.
