About The Position

FASTSIGNS #104501 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role involves being the initial contact with current and prospective customers, preparing estimates, implementing work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of finished orders. The position is also involved in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and contributing to the overall success of the FASTSIGNS Center. The goal is to achieve customer satisfaction by being responsive via email, telephone, in-person, and at the customer's place of business, and to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients. The sign industry offers constant learning, skills growth, and a career path.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
• Must own or have access to a car
• Able to work in a small dynamic team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills; basic project management skills
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

Nice To Haves

• Willingness to learn sign design (Adobe) and production (large format printing)
