Requirements

Must be a problems solver with proven experience
Must be a motivator and ability to increase team performance
Must be a self starter
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
Must be able to hold and execute policies and procedures
Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
Previous management experience required

Responsibilities

Overseeing incoming phone calls and responding to patient inquiries regarding products, shipments, service, deliveries, and complaints.
Supervise and manage a team of 10 to 20 employees
Monitor daily production and work with employees to maximize performance
Meet with employees on a weekly basis as one on one
Manage timecards, PTO, and coordinating work schedules
Monitor staffing and proactively hire to maintain staffing levels
Understand and maintain policy and procedure
