About The Position

As a Leader at Coles Supermarkets, you will see the impact of your work connecting to customers and the communities we serve. This role reports to the Store Manager and has full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations. You will be responsible for our checkouts and customer service desk, contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
• Maintain excellent service standards.
• Keep the checkout area clean and safe for team members and customers.
• Drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand diverse customers to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
