- Be proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Guide a dynamic team of Customer Service Reps, helping them excel at fielding calls and reaching ambitious call and sales targets.
- Coach and empower your team to turn every call into a booked service appointment.
- Craft and polish engaging call scripts that inspire more customers to book appointments.
- Become an expert in the market, truly understand what customers need, and discover the most effective ways to connect with them.
- Monitor staff performance, review recorded calls, and advise them on how to increase sales.
- Build a coaching platform that is both cost-effective and delivers measurable results.
- Help employees see the real difference they make in our company’s success.
- Make sure our team is always ready to meet business needs and handle busy periods with ease.
