Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Nice To Haves

• Automotive/Diesel knowledge preferred, but not necessary
• Dispatch experience preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from current customers
• Create purchase orders for vehicle repairs
• Schedule maintenance calls at customers request
• Dispatch mobile technicians for roadside assistance
