Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
- Active, high-energy, and able to repeatedly lift 50–75+ lbs throughout an active shift.
- Full-time availability (4–5 shifts per week, including 1 mandatory weekend shift).
- Outgoing, personable, reliable, and excited to communicate with customers and close sales.
- Coachable, competitive, and driven by performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities
- Drive cool company trucks along assigned service routes.
- Meet interesting new people face-to-face every day.
- Deliver on-site estimates, solve logistics "puzzles," and close sales on the spot.
- Safely remove, haul, and sort unwanted items.
- Make a positive community impact by donating and recycling items responsibly to keep waste out of landfills.
